GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

Article 1: Identification of the trader

Supervisory authority: Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), SOI Inspectorate for the Trenčín Region, Sládkovičova 11, 971 01 Prievidza. Article 2: Subject of activity and order

  1. These GTC regulate the rights and obligations between JAWAREN sro (hereinafter referred to as the "merchant") and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "consumer").
  2. The e-shop's offer includes original parts, new parts (replicas) and sandblasting services.
  3. The purchase contract is concluded upon delivery of the order confirmation from the merchant to the consumer's email address.

Article 3: Payment and delivery terms

  1. Prices: All prices on the e-shop are final. WE ARE NOT VAT PAYERS
  2. Payment: The consumer can pay by cash on delivery upon receipt or by bank transfer.
  3. Delivery: We ship goods via courier services or to pick-up points. The standard delivery time is 2-5 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 4: Withdrawal from the contract (Return of goods)

  1. According to Act No. 108/2024 Coll., the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
  2. Exception: The consumer cannot withdraw from a contract whose subject matter is the provision of a service (e.g. sandblasting ) if its provision began with the consumer's express consent and the service has been fully performed.
  3. The costs of returning the goods upon withdrawal from the contract are borne by the consumer.

Article 5: Liability for defects and complaints

  1. New parts (replicas) are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months .
  2. For original parts used, liability for defects is limited in accordance with their wear and age (this period is only a trial period and is 1 month).
  3. The complaint must be submitted in writing by e-mail, by telephone or by post to the registered office in Svinná.

Article 6: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) The consumer has the right to contact the trader for redress if he is not satisfied with the handling of the complaint. If the trader responds negatively, the consumer may submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution with an ADR entity (e.g. SOI).

Article 7: Final provisions These GTC shall enter into force on 1 March 2026. The Merchant reserves the right to change the GTC without prior notice, and the version valid at the time of placing the order shall apply to the Buyer.
